Karbonn’s upcoming entry-level smartphone, the Karbonn Yuva 2 was briefly listed on the company’s official website with complete tech specifications. Though there was no mention of the pricing or availability, looking at the tech specifications, the device is likely to be priced less than ₹5,000.

In terms of design and build quality, like most of the Android-powered entry-level smartphones, the smartphone offers an all plastic unibody design, which makes it a perfect for the price tag. In the leaked image, the phone offers a black color plastic body, which is a standard color for any smartphone enthusiast.

In terms of technical specifications, the smartphone offers a 5.0-inch HD 720p IPS LCD screen, protected by 2.5D curved tempered glass on the top. The Karbonn Yuva 2 is powered by an entry-level unknown Quad-core SoC, paired with 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM and 16 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 128 GB).

With respect to connectivity, the smartphone offers a dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots. Additional connectivity features like WiFi, WiFi Hotspot, and Bluetooth 4.1 are also offered for better connectivity.

Moving on to the camera capability, the Karbonn Yuva 2 features a 5 MP rear-facing camera with a single tone single LED flash. For the selfie camera, the smartphone uses a 0.3 MP VGA camera with fixed focus lens. The main camera setup does offer autofocus and 720p HD video recording capability.

Finally, the smartphone is equipped with a 2250 mAh Li-ion user replaceable battery with normal charging capability. Karbonn claims that this battery can offer up to 180 hours of standby time and 7 hours of talk time on a single charge.

As of now, there is no information on the pricing or availability of the device. Considering the fact that, the device is already listed on the website, the company is likely to unveil the same in next few days.
