Vivo V7+ is having a launch event in Mumbai on September 7th to unveil their next selfie centric smartphone. The invite doesn’t give any hints on the specifications of the phone, however, looking at the phone in the photo, one can see that the device will have narrowest bezels in any of the Vivo smartphones with LG G6 like screen aspect ration (18:9).
The invite also says clear shots clear moments, so, we can expect one more camera centric smartphone with probably dual real camera setup. The invite also says “Redefine the selfie experience with the revolutionary selfie camera.”, hinting at a sophisticated selfie camera with moonlight flash, just like their current smartphones.
One can expect a 5.5 inch or bigger display with at least 1080p resolution protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The device is expected to run on a customised version of Android Nougat. The device will also feature standard features like finger print reader, USB type C, Bluetooth and WiFi with fast charging capability. The device will also offer at least 3000 mAh battery or a bigger one to cater all day battery backup.
