After iOS 13 now Apple iOS 13.1.3 update is rolling out for the iPadsOS 13.1.3. The latest iOS 13.1.3 will fix a bug with the Phone app which would prevent devices from ringing during incoming calls and squash minor bugs in the Mail, Voice Memos and Health apps. Several Bluetooth related issues are also addressed now.
