Big fan of Harley-Davidson bikes? The American bike manufacturer is trying to explore different segments and as a result, has now introduced an adventure tourer. For starters, it will be sold as Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 worldwide. The company usually sticks to convention and offers either cruisers or street bikes. However, this time, they have experimented a lot with their all-new offering as it is a capable offroader as well.

Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250
In terms of design, it looks absolutely raw. To be precise, it gets a rectangular headlamp, sculpted fuel tank and tall wind visor at the front end. For now, Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 is available in two different variants including – Base and Special.
At the heart, it comes powered by a 1252cc Revolution Max liquid-cooled, twin-cylinder engine. In terms of numbers, this engine produces a massive 150HP @ 9000 RPM and a peak torque of 127Nm @ 6750 RPM while being mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Interestingly, these figures can be altered while using multiple ride modes on offer including Road, Sport, Rain, Off-Road and Off-Road Plus.
Feature-wise, the bike comes equipped with an LED headlight, 6.8-inch touchscreen TFT console, cornering ABS and lean-sensitive traction control etc. among others. Other features such as a centre stand, heated grips, tyre pressure monitoring system and adaptive headlight are available on the Special variant.
According to the bike manufacturer, the Harley-Davidson Pan America 1250 weighs around 245kgs. It gets dual 320mm discs up front and 280mm single disc at the rear. Further, suspension duties on the front end are handled by a fully adjustable 47mm USD fork sourced by Showa. Meanwhile, at the back, it comes with a monoshock setup.
