To be honest, there are no official announcements regarding the specification, but it is speculated that the New Model Yamaha NMAX 160 2020 Scooter is expected to come with its current engine that features a single-cylinder engine with liquid cooling and variable valve control. The Engine is capable of producing about 15.1 HP of maximum power and 1.47 NM of torque. The model is also equipped with CVT and disc brake with Antilock Braking System equipped on both wheels, which makes the drive even safer.
Currently the New Model Yamaha NMAX 160 2020 features only 3 colours i.e. White, Red and Black.
Diving into the technical specifications of the model the engine is a 4 stroke, single-cylinder engine featuring liquid cooling and having 4 valves. The cylinder of the engine has a total capacity of 155cc and dimensions of 52mm X 58.7mm. The maximum power delivered by the engine is 9.0 kW at 7,500 rpm. The new model provided a mileage of about 38 km/litre on an average and is equipped with a fuel injection system. The transmission system is fully automatic and comes with an attached v-belt.
The front suspension system is made up of telescopic fork with a front stroke of 100 mm and rear suspension system is made up of arm. The total weight of the scooter is 127 kg with a maximum fuel capacity of 6.6 Litres. Yamaha NMAX 160 2020 Scooter features an all-new digital dashboard with an on-board computer, ECO economic pilot indicator, Instant fuel consumption and also a partial odometer.
As per the information available from different sources, the pricing of the model has not been revealed yet, but in the international market, it’s starting cost was about $3000 and is expected soon to be disclosed.
