Mercedes has recently launched the 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 in the USA. The luxury SUV comes with more premium features when compared to the regular GLS. However, being rich in features it also comes with a powerful 4.0L V8 engine.
Exterior
At the front, the luxury SUV comes with a typical Maybac radiator grille , 22-inch multispoke wheels with Maybach logo on it and chrome inserts all over the body. Meanwhile, Mercedes is also offering a 23-inch as option on the all-new Mercedes Maybach GLS 600.
Interior
Coming to the interior of the all-new Mercedes Maybach GLS 600 it now comes equipped with dual 12.3-inch screens. The first one for the instrument cluster while the other one MBUX infotainment system. Meanwhile, other features inside the cabin are LED ambient lighting, Burmester surround sound system, panoramic sunroof, Nappa leather upholstery, heated and cooled seats, 9-USB C ports, massage function, a refrigerator as well as Executive seats at the rear.
Power and Performance
The engine on the 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS is a 4.0L V8 motor. It is the engine variant that is exclusively tuned for Maybach and it produces 558Ps of power with a peak torque of 730Nm. Apart from this, the engine comes mated to a 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission. However, combined to this engine of the Maybach GLS comes a 48-Volt EQ boost mild hybrid motor.
The 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 can do a 0-60 mph sprint in 4.8 seconds. However, it is not the fastest luxury SUV in its segment as the Aston Martin DBX can do the exact same run in just 4.3 seconds.
Safety Features
Safety features on the luxury SUV includes Active Brake Assist, 360-degree parking camera, multibeam LED headlights for better visibilityand PRE SAFE Impulse side. Meanwhile the other safety features such as the

Pricing and Launch Date
Mercedes has recently launched it recently in the USA priced at $1,61,550. However, the German carmaker has not revealed the pricing and launch date of the 2021 Mercedes-Maybach GLS 600 for India yet. The carmaker is expected to launch the luxury SUV next year in India.
