The filmmaker of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan starrer ‘Simmba‘ is playing all the good cards to make the movie the last blockbuster of the year. The film is the spin-off to the ‘Singham’ series and has a small role of Ajay Devgn as the super cop ‘Singham’. Introduction of Ajay’s cameo in the trailer made audience super excited for the film.
Rohit Shetty did not stop at that. He introduced Golmaal characters in the song ‘Aankh Maare’, hinting the fifth movie of the series.
Now there are words that Akshay Kumar will also have a cameo as a character introduction of his next film with Rohit Shetty. The Bollywood Khiladi will appear on screen as inspector Suryavanshi towards the end of the film ‘Simmba’. Akshay’s next movie with Shetty is titled ‘Suryavanshi’ and it will go on floors by April 2019.
‘Simmba’ is scheduled to release this week. This action drama film is a journey of a policeman from a corrupt officer to an honest one, through some heart-wrenching turn of events. Sara is playing the love interest of the cop Ranveer and Sonu Sood is back in his well-known villain avatar. The film also features Siddharth Jadhav in a significant role.
Akshay Kumar has finished the shoot of upcoming Indian period war drama, based on Havildar Ishar Singh who participates in the Battle of Saragarhi, ‘Kesari‘ with Parineeti Chopra. It is directed by Anurag Singh. He will be next seen in ‘Housefull 4’ with Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde and Riteish Deshmukh.
