An Indian music director and singer Anu Malik says that he found a new superstar in the actor Varun Dhawan. Anu Malik has recently sung the song’s that are recreated version which picturized on Varun Dhawan for ‘Judwaa 2’ earlier he only sang the original track ‘Oonchi Hai Building’ from the movie ‘Judwaa’, which features Salman Khan. The singer and a composer Anu Malik says that he is very much impressed by the young actor Varun Dhawan.
Any says that earlier he has sung the song for Salman Khan and now he has sung the song for Varun, however, he feels that Salman Khan will always be a superstar because in the movie ‘Judwaa’ Salman Khan took the song to a different level, but when he saw the recreated version of the song he found a new superstar and that is Varun.
Anu sang the song when he was 34 years old and now exactly after 20 years later he has sung the same song but with a recreated version and he has done as a duet along with the singer Neha Kakkar. However, the song ‘Lift Teri Bandh Hai’ has also been recreated and currently the song has 32,000,000 views on Youtube.
However, Anu says that no major changes have been done in the song and now the song has been picturized on Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. Anu has just changed the beats of the song to make it more contemporary.
On the recreated version Anu feels elated because earlier the same song which was recorded 20 years ago and all of them have no clue that what are they doing they just know that they all wanted to make a hit number. He says that he has been encouraged by Sajid Nadiadwala and David Dhawan. He got a call from the director David and he said that they are making the sequel of the movie ‘Judwaa’ and he wanted him to sing a song for his son Varun.
He says that Sajid Nadiadwala complimented him by saying that they struck gold by taking him for the song and David said that he is a true hero of the movie ‘Judwaa 2’. As soon as the song got released there were 18 million views in just three days and Sajid says that this is the reaffirmation of his voice.
‘Judwaa 2’ is an upcoming Indian Hindi action-comedy movie, which is directed by David Dhawan, produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, and written by Sajid Farhad. The movie features Varun Dhawan in a double role as estranged twins opposite Jacqueline Fernandez and Taapsee Pannu. ‘Judwaa 2’ is a sequel to David Dhawan’s 1997 film Judwaa. In the movie, Varun Dhawan would be seen playing the double role of Prem and Raja. Where Raja can be seen in a rowdy avatar with a long hair and a charming smile. On the work front, Anu Malik will also be working on the entire score of the filmmaker J.P. Dutta’s upcoming movie “Paltan”.
‘Judwaa 2‘ is scheduled to release on 29 September 2017.
