Kartik Aaryan has been roped against Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya Panday for the role in the remake of Sanjeev Kumar and Vidya Sinha starrer ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’. The film is produced by Juno Chopra and is directed by Mudassar Aziz. The film also made headlines due to Taapsee Pannu’s allegation against the makers from dropping her from the film without any prior notice, The makers have finally made an official announcement about the Project.
Bhushan Kumar the producer of the film ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ recently confirmed the news via his twitter handle saying, “Our next project! ???? #PatiPatniAurWoh to go on floors soon! Sending my good wishes to the team.”

The idea was to remake this classic film with a young cast but the banner planned to get Bhumi Pednekar on board for the wife’s role, which was essayed by Vidya Sinha in the 1978 film, a source revealed. The makers of the film demanded someone cute and glamorous for the role of ‘woh’ which was earlier played by Ranjeeta Kaur in the original film. Therefore, they approached Ananya Panday for this role.
The Producer Juno Chopra and the Director Mudassar Aziz had made some changes in the script to suit the contemporary times and they have also decided to make changes in the climax. The film goes on the floor next month.
