On the work front, Janhvi has several films lined up to release next year, including the biographical war film ‘Gunjan Saxena.’
The film, directed by Sharan Sharma, is based on the eponymous women who was one of the first female Indian Air Force pilot and first pilot in combat.
Co-starring Pankaj Tripathi, Angad Bedi and Vineet Kumar Singh, the film will be releasing on 13 March 2020.
Janhvi will be also seen playing dual title roles in the horror comedy ‘Roohi Afza’ directed by Hardik Mehta and co-starring Rajkummar Rao.
She has recently finished filming for the Netflix horror anthology film ‘Ghost Stories’ which is a sequel to 2018’s ‘Lust Stories.’ She will appear in a segment directed by Zoya Akhtar.
Janhvi has also started the shooting of ‘Dostana 2’ with Kartik Aaryan and Lakshya, directed by Collin D’Cunha. It is a standalone sequel to 2008 film ‘Dostana.’
Apart from these, she is set to star in Karan Johar’s historical epic drama ‘Takht’, which will begin filming next year.
