Kartik Aaryan, Bhumi Pednekar, and Ananya Panday are roped in for the remake of Sanjeev Kumar and Vidya Sinha starrer ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh’ and it went on floors on February 4. The film is produced by Juno Chopra and is directed by Mudassar Aziz. The movie went on floors on February 4.
The Producer Juno Chopra and the Director Mudassar Aziz had made some changes in the script to suit the contemporary times and they have also decided to make changes in the climax.

The idea was to remake the classic film with a young cast, so the banner planned to get Bhumi Pednekar on board for the wife’s role, which was essayed by Vidya Sinha in the 1978 film, a source revealed. The makers of the film demanded someone cute and glamorous for the role of ‘woh’ which was earlier played by Ranjeeta Kaur in the original film. Therefore, they approached Ananya Panday for this role. The makers wanted a hero, who has a boy-next-door vibe and is also great with comedy since it’s a humorous take on extra-marital affairs. So, the Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety actor was their first choice.

The film will make the reunion of producers Bhushan Kumar (T-series), Abhay Chopra and Juno Chopra (of BR studios), who had earlier collaborated for Amitabh Bachchan starrer ‘Bhootnath Returns’.
