The upcoming episode of Kasautii Zindagii Kay begins as Prerna is lying unconscious in Anurag’s arms. Komolika is overjoyed that Prerna is finally dead. Anurag, and other people help Prerna get inside a car, to take her to a hospital. Anurag is worried that he might lose Prerna. Komolika goes home and has a nice chat with Mohini and Nevidita. She gets a phone call from Ronit, who tells her Prerna is still alive. Komolika gets angry. Anurag watches Prerna, as doctors are treating her. Anurag wonders why he cares about her so much, and doesn’t want her to get hurt. Komolika is annoyed that Prerna hasn’t died yet. She has a freak-out and tells Ronit she wants Prerna dead soon.
Ronit decides to recruit his friend, Dr. Somesh. Komolika tells him that he should inject poison in Prerna’s belly so that her child dies. Dr. Somesh infiltrates Prerna’s ward and tries to give her the inject her. But, she resists and he finally realizes that he can’t hurt her. He runs away. Dr. Somesh tells Ronit and Komolika that he couldn’t kill Prerna. Ronit is enraged and attacks him.
Anurag enters Prerna’s ward and looks at her lovingly. Nevidita and Anupam watch a scene from Hot star special show, Out of Love, which also works as a promotion.
