The episode begins as Prerna and Anurag are still locked inside the storeroom. Komolika hears a woman’s voice behind the door and is immediately skeptical. Prerna is still very scared of the witch and panics, but Anurag holds her close. Suddenly, he experiences brief, blurry flashbacks that confuse him and he begins to panic. Prerna comforts him, but is scared that he has remembered some from his past life. She screams to Komolika for help, who leaves to find the master key. Anurag is able to recover but he abruptly shifts into telling Prerna a story about Thornbirds.
He’s not clear where he learnt the story, but he narrates it to Prerna, who had told it to him before his accident. Komonika returns with the keys and unlocks the storeroom. She takes Anurag with her, and ignores Prerna, who’s picking up the file.
At home, Anurag questions Komolika about the Thornbird story but she becomes interested in his secretary. The next day, Prerna decides to resign from the job and Ashish is angry with her.
Komolika demands to know the name of Anurag’s secretary from Ashish, and he tells her its Prerna. She’s angry and decides to get her fired from the job.
Anurag invites Prerna to his cabin and tells her he knows that she told him the story of Thornbird. He found it in library records because she’d borrowed a book containing the story. Prerna apologizes to him. Komolika matches them both from outside and decide to use Ashish to get rid of Prerna.
Tomorrow: Prerna is accused to stealing important official papers.
