Kannada movie ‘KGF: Chapter 1‘ is ruling the box office ever since its release last week. The film was released in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Hindi and it had the widest release for a Kannada film as it was released on 2460 screens in India.
The film has earned Rs 59.61 crore by the end of its first week. Just the Hindi version of the film managed to earn Rs 12.10 crores in its first weekend, according to the biz analyst Taran Adarsh.

Entertainment industry tracker Ramesh Bala posted a tweet about the film’s 4 days collection.

The Prashanth Neel directorial stars Yash and Srinidhi Shetty in the lead roles. It has received hugely positive reviews from the audience and mixed reviews from the critics. The film is produced by Vijay Kiragandur, under the Hombale Films banner.
The film is set in the 70s and 80s era, based on Kolar Gold Fields, Karnataka. It explores the life of Rocky, a poor child, who want to die the richest and the most powerful man.
