Naga Chaitanya and Samantha’s first movie together after marriage ‘Majili’ is set to release this week along with two other Telugu movies. ‘Sanjana Reddy’ is Telugu dubbing of six years old Tamil film ‘Onbadhula Guru’, while ‘Prema Katha Chitram 2’ is the sequel of 2013 film ‘Prema Katha Chitram’.
Majili:
The Cricket based Romantic Drama film is Directed by Shiva Nirvana and produced by Sahu Garapati and Harish Peddi under Shine Screens banner.
‘Majili‘ stars Naga Chaitanya and Samantha Akkineni in lead roles and Divyansha Kaushik, Rao Ramesh, Posani Krishna Murali, Subbaraju, and Rajasri Nair in pivotal roles.
The story of the film revolves around a man who aspired to be a cricketer in his teenage but due to heartbreak, gives up his dream. The man is later married to a girl who is ready to sacrifice anything for him, but oblivion to her feelings, the man does not care.
Sanjana Reddy:
The Tamil film ‘Onbadhula Guru’, is being dubbed and released in Telugu with the name ‘Sanjana Reddy’. The comedy entertainer stars Vinay Rai, Premji Amaren, Aravind Akash, Sathyan Sivakumar and Laxmi Raai in leading roles.
The movie was directed by PT Selvakumar and produced by S Sivakumar and R Sivakumar under Cosmo & Boss banner.
The story revolves around a group of four friends who are fed up of their married life and fall in the love with one model. The model decides to teach them a lifelong lesson which makes it the rest of the story.
Prema Katha Chitram 2:
The Telugu horror comedy is written and directed by Hari Kishan and produced by R. Sudarshan Reddy. The film stars Sumanth Ashwin and Nandita Swetha in lead roles.
It is the sequel of J Prabhakar Reddy and Maruthi Dasari directorial ‘Prema Katha Chitram’ which released in 2013. This film will release on Saturday, 6th April.
