Tanisha Mukerji is an Indian film actress known for her works predominantly in Bollywood, and few Telugu and Tamil films. Part of the Mukherjee-Samarth family, she is the daughter of filmmaker Shomu Mukherjee and actress Tanuja Samarth, and the younger sister of actress Kajol. She made her debut with the Hindi film Sssshhh…. She had her first hit with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Sarkar’, appearing alongside Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan.

Kajol who is gearing up for the release of her Tamil movie titled “Velai Illa Pattathari 2 aka VIP 2“. This film also stars Raanjhana actor Dhanush in the lead role, and Kajol plays the role of Vasundhara, who is a corporate honcho and Tanuja is also busy with her TV show ‘Aarambh’ which premiered this week.
