On the work front, Rakul is currently gearing up for her upcoming hindi film Marjaavaan. Rakul is excited about her role in the movie and can’t wait for the audience to see it.
She had said, “I was overwhelmed by the response that my film De De Pyaar De got, so I am more excited to see people’s reaction to Marjaavaan. I have not done anything like this on screen before, and I don’t think such a character has been seen in Hindi films lately.”
Talking about Lakshmi Manchu, she was last seen in the Tamil film Kaatrin Mozhi. She has since stayed away from big screen and fans are hoping to see her soon in action.
