Saif Ali Khan is someone who is known usually for picking unconventional and fresh roles for his films. Actor is currently all prepped up for his upcoming action drama Laal Kaptaan, where he will be seen in the role of a ‘Naga Sadhu’.
Among all the roles Saif has portrayed on screen, one that stands out and is still fresh among the audience is from the movie Dil Chahta Hai. The movie was considered ahead of it’s time and something which is still relevant after almost 20 years of it’s release.
Saif recently sat for an interview where he talked about the movie and remembered some special moments from the shooting of the movie. Saif said that was watching people’s reaction on it recently and felt that the performances in the movie was very good.
Saif said, “It was the first time when a character is wearing three-quarter length jeans, having gel in hair, modern t-shirts and saying things that people normally say. The film changed how films were made and also changed things off screen.”
Saif further talked about things were well organized on the sets and that it was something very new and fresh for him.
There are talks currently for the sequel of the movie and audience is waiting for all the three actors to come together again.
