The episode begins with Dr. Asha still narrating her story to Dr. Ishani. She was afraid about the reaction of her family, because she’s from Haryana and if her father found that she not only had relations with a man outside of their caste but is also bearing his child, he’d kill her. She also received a phone call from her home, and was warned that Khap Panchayat will decide her fate soon. Dr. Asha got very scared and decided its better if she commits suicide. But, Dr. Siddhant stopped her and agreed to act as the father of the child. Asha pleaded her to keep their decision a secret from everyone because she couldn’t risk any rumors.
Dr. Ishani is relieved after hearing the truth and decides to support Asha and Siddhant in their lie. Dr. Vardhan meets Dr. Ishani and Dr. Siddhant in the hallway and condescendingly congratulates Siddhant for marriage with Dr. Asha and their child. He’s also planning something evil for Siddhant, which he assumes is going to be a big shock.
Dr. Shashank and Dr. Juhi talk about Dr. Asha. They’re sad about her situation and feel its a very big responsibility. Dr. Ishani begins to choke in the elevator, but Dr. Siddhant saves her. Dr. Shashank asks Siddhant to take care of Dr. Ishani and solve the issues they have in their relationship. Dr. Juhi and Dr. Shashank meet for a date, and he confesses his romantic feelings for her. Dr. Juhi says she’s already lost her partner, and doesn’t want to lose another person again. Everyone meets to celebrate Diwali.
Tomorrow: Dr. Vardhan plots his evil plan against Siddhant.
