Shah Rukh Khan writes an emotional note for Acid-Attack-Victim as she gets married

Shah Rukh Khan is one such name that has achieved millions of milestones. With 39 million followers on twitter, the actor is one of the most celebrated stars of all times. Apart from movies, the actor also takes out time for the well-being of society. One such organisation that the actor works for is Meer Foundation. SRK founded it in 2013, to rehabiliate and empower acid attack victims.

Recently, one of the members of Meer Foundation Anupama got married, and the actor took it to his twitter to shower love on the couple and wrote a sweet note wishing them a lifetime of happiness. SRK tweeted, “Congratulations and my love to Anupama as she starts on this new journey of life. May it be filled with love light and laughter. U r the man Jagdeep…and may u both have double the reasons to be happy with this union.” Have a look.

The foundation not only helps the acid attack victims with the treatment, but also helps them heal mentally. Besides that, the foundation sponsors medical treatment to women and kids all across the country. It has been named after the actor’s father Late Meer Taj Mohammed Khan.

On work front SRK is currently hosting Ted Talks India. Previously, the Zero actor produced a fictional-spy-thriller netflix series Bard of Blood, starring Emran Hashmi, Kirti Kulhari and Sobhita Dhullipala. The series received a lot of appreciation and proved to be a successful one.
