Actress Vidya Balan who was last seen in ‘Begum Jaan’, has started shooting for her upcoming film ‘Tumhari Sulu‘ where Vidya Balan essays the role of a late night Radio jockey in Mumbai. The film stars actor Manav Kaul as Vidya Balan’s husband and actress Neha Dhupia as Vidya’s Boss. ‘Tumhari sulu’ will release on December 1, 2017. The actress is very much dedicated towards his work and the roles she perform on screen. So, Vidya has decided to stay away from using her mobile phone on the set, so that she can focus on her role.
It is customary for Vidya to switch off her phone whenever she is shooting. She immerses herself in the role and the world and doesn’t like distractions on the set. People who have worked with her know that she likes to immerse herself into the role. She avoids checking her smartphone, since it’s a source of distraction. She prefers to leave it in her vanity van or doesn’t like to look at it at all. Also, since her character requires voice modulation, it’s crucial for her to stay focused.
