Turning 30 is a blessing for actor, Kartik Aaryan. 22nd November is the day when he celebrates his birthday and on that day he shared a wonderful news with his fans. He is going to star in the director, Ram Madhvani‘s next film, Dhamaka. Kartik shared the news by sharing the motion poster of the film on Instagram.
Ram Madhvani whose last directed film was the Sonam Kapoor starrer Neerja(2016) will be making his second film with Kartik. This year he released his thriller series Aarya, starring Sushmita Sen in the lead. The show was released on Disney+Hotstar, and got glowing reviews from the critics and audience alike.
Talking about his next and working with Kartik, Ram Madhvani in a statement said
“Though this one is a thriller at the outset, there lies a lot of emotion and drama in the screenplay that leads to the adrenaline rush. This film demanded a young actor, with a certain amount of rawness in the space. Kartik, being one of the most talented actors in Bollywood, fits the bill.”
While Kartik who is excited to collaborate with Madhvani said-
“This for me is a miracle script and had me on the edge of my seat all through the narration. I knew this is the script that would give me the opportunity to explore a different side of me as an actor. I can’t wait to transport myself to Ram sir’s world and see his vision translate on the big screen. This is also the first time I am collaborating with Ronnie and RSVP, and I am looking forward to this journey.”
Shooting for the film will start in December and the makers expect to release the film in 2021.
Kartik also has Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Dostana 2 as his next films.
