The episode begins with Ishita still sitting beside an unconscious Raman, and requesting him to wake up. She is exhausted from keeping his condition a secret from her family and wants to them the truth, but she can’t do it unless he wakes up. She’s still afraid for his security. Suddenly, Raman’s condition begins to devolve and Ishita gets worried. She desperately demands to know about the doctor, and scolds the nurse for not being equipped to treat her husband. Sudha enters the room, and assures Ishita that she’s brought a doctor with her.
Ishita is very thankful to Sudha for taking care of Raman during her absences. In a flashback, she narrates the story of how she was able to get Sudha’s help. When Raman fell from the building, Ishita put him in her care and then rushed to the hospital. On her way, she came face to face with Sudha’s car. Sudha accompanied Ishita to the hospital where she told her the truth about various threats to Raman’s life.
Sudha apologized to Ishita for being cruel to her in the past and volunteered to help her. The doctor declared that Raman was in a coma because of the injuries to his head and his face was also damaged badly. Ishita decided against telling her family anything about the attack because they would be devastated by the news. Shardul appeared to her and decided to help her by becoming her husband.
At Arijit’s place, Shardul reveals that the Bhalla family is full of emotional fools and the only way to hurt them is by hurting the ones they love.
