A new collective labour agreement has been reached between Holland Casino and Trade Unions De Unie and FNV.

The structure of the agreement involves increment of 1.5% from 1 October, 2021 in wages. The period of agreement is set from January 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022. There would be one-off payment in March 2022 which would be of 0.75%.

Further discussions on sustainable employability continue to take place.

Danielle Justus, director of Human Resources at Holland Casino said: “Holland Casino is hit hard by the coronavirus crisis. These were intensive but constructive conversations in which all parties took joint responsibility for the future of Holland Casino and its employees in these extremely uncertain and difficult times”, reported Gambling Insider.

As per Gambling Insider, the HR Director further added, “Apart from the collective labour agreement, we have also succeeded in reaching agreements with each other on both a form of voluntary severance scheme and a placement scheme. Both schemes are important in the context of our necessary restructuring and will certainly contribute to fewer forced redundancies.”
