The mobile sports betting is in the process of getting regulated in the state of New York after Governor Andrew Cuomo decided to legalize owing to financial constraints.
Furthering the process, the New York Gaming Commission has invited the applications for gaining the license for mobile sports wagering.
While Governor Cuomo had always been opposed to mobile and online gambling, Senator Joseph Addabbo had always been optimistic about its regulation and had advocated its legalization.
Bet365, supplier Kambi and theScore Bet have been reported as the few of several applicants for the New York licence.
