Counter-Strike: Global offensive has launched a new operation “Operation Shattered Web”. The new operation has some new updates such as New Characters, New Weapons, and New Sticker Collection. For 20 years, Counter-Strike players have worn generic character skins but these new characters have fresh design and outfits.
The new characters are called T Agents and CT operators. These characters can be unlocked from mission progress rewards.
There are 22 new characters and they have been called “Superior Agent” and “Exceptional Agent”. The highest tier are “Master Agents,” like Lt. Commander Rickshaw or Special Agent Ava of the FBI. Operation Shattered Web is priced at $15 and it will go on for 16 weeks with a new set of missions being unlocked every week through its course.
The new operation comes with new weapons. The new weapon includes sets of Shattered Web Knife, The Norse collection, The St. Marc collection, and The Canals collection. There are web stickers and web graffiti as well that will be given out as rewards only during the operation. CS: GO also has new maps including Jungle, Lunacy, and Studio that will be available in all the regular matchmaking games.
