We’re United. Akhilesh to decide on reinstating Shivpal and others : Mulayam Singh

Speaking to the media, Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav rubbished the rumors of differences among party leaders and his family members.

After a lot of action in the politics of India’s political heart, Mulayam Singh Yadav finally came in front of the media to address a lot of arising issues. In his statement, he added that there is absolutely no issue among the party workers and the members of his family. He added that the family and Samajwadi party is united. Mulayam Singh, however avoided taking direct questions on the sacking of Shivpal Yadav and others.

Mulayam Singh was speaking to the media at his residence and he added that Amar Singh was unnecessarily being dragged to the controversy and that he had absolutely no role in the developments inside the family.

Though, he tried being indirect on a lot of direct questions about the family matters and when he was asked whether there was a possibility of him taking over the chief minister’s post again, he said that the party came in power in 2012 because of him and still Akhilesh was made CM because the target is to enable him to be a mass leader in the time to come. He also clarified that there is no point changing the chief minister with elections just a couple of months away.

Upon questioning about sacking and possibilities of reinstating the leaders, Mulayam Singh said that the decision rests with the CM and on time, he will take further decision on the same. He ended up with saying that there is literally no Matbhed (Difference) or Manbhed (Ill feelings) among the party leaders.
