Earlier Rahul Gandhi tried to slam PM Modi by saying that in pursuit of short-term political gains through the BJP-PDP alliance in Jammu and Kashmir had cost the country dear and resulted in sacrifices of innocent Indians and his policies have created space for terrorists.
Later he went to Italy to meet his 93 years old grandmother and to celebrate his 47th birthday with her.
Anil Vij, Haryana’s health, and sports minister made fun of him by saying that India was expecting that Rahul Gandhi would return wiser from his grandmother’s home, but it appears he came back empty handed.
This is not the only controversial statement that he has given. Last year, he said that all Congress leaders have DNA for wrongdoings.
He had then taken a dig at Congress chief Sonia Gandhi for her comment that she was not afraid of anyone as she was the daughter-in-law of former prime minister Indira Gandhi.
