The Union Home Ministry is intending to set up an apex coordination focus and has requested that States build up a comparative component in each region.This move came with regard to managing cybercrimes, for example, money related cheats, dissemination of collective and obscene substance. Hence they decided upon setting up the Indian Cyber Crime Coordination Centre (I4C)  in Delhi.

They additionally discharged ₹83 crore for setting up of a cyber forensic training laboratory-cum-training center for police officials in each State. The assets were given to the Cyber Crime Prevention against Women and Children Scheme, a Home Ministry official told PTI.

The center will closely scrutinize the internet and online networking with due accentuation on vernacular material and would facilitate with State governments and union territories. It would, therefore, block sites which spurn India’s laws and are racially degrading.
An anonymous source also said that the center would keep up a rundown of suspects and the leads created amid examinations in cybercrime cases would be imparted to law enforcement offices through a “secured internal network”. Hence such sites will be blocked by the center.

To deal with the prevalent and upcoming challenges, The ministry has created a Cyber and Information Security Division. Likewise, State governments have also been requested to set up such state cybercrime coordination cell at the headquarter level and furthermore build up locale cyber crime cells.
