Due to soar tensions between India and Pakistan, along with the line of control, Pakistan wants to hold dialogue with India to resolve all outstanding issues, including Kashmir, so that peace can be restored in the region.
According to Sartaj Aziz, India had committed 450 LoC violations, killing many innocent people in last one year. He also accused India of increasing the tension on the LoC to divert attention from the human rights violations in Kashmir.
He raised a question that if a ballot can happen in Britain and Itlay then why not in Kashmir. He claimed that if a plebiscite was held in Kashmir no Muslim would decide to live in India. He also believes that India being a democratic country should give chance to the people of Kashmir to decide their future course.
He said that Pakistan would continue political, moral and diplomatic support of Kashmiris until Kashmiris achieve freedom from India.
India cannot suppress the vigor of Kashmiris for freedom, said Aziz.
