Blaming Telangana Ruling party TRS of playing friendly with BJP, Congress President Rahul Gandhi on slammed K Chandrashekhar Rao and Bharatiya Janata Party while addressing a poll rally in Zaheerabad district of Telangana. He asserted that it is the only party (Congress) who can fight the saffron party at national.
Speaking on the rally, Rahul Gandhi accused TRS and K Chandrashekhar Rao of having ‘Secret Partnership’ with BJP. Rahul Gandhi said as quoted by ANI, ‘Did your Chief Minister ever raise the Rafale issue? Did he ever say ‘chowkidar chor hai’? It’s a partnership, TRS & their MPs help Narendra Modi. The fight is against Modi & BJP, only Congress is fighting, not TRS, the whole country knows’.

Lashing out the BJP government at Centre, Rahul Gandhi said PM Modi in a run-up to the 2014 National elections promised 2 crore jobs every year, but did anyone got Jobs in BJP’s rule’
He also took a jibe at PM Modi’s promises of Rs. 15 Lakh to everyone account. Congress President said ‘I don’t make fake promises like PM Modi, I said what I do’ he said while talking about Congress flagship NYAY Scheme, Minimum Income Guarantee that seeks to provide financial assistance of Rs 72,000 to 5 crores poor families.
He added that the NYAY will be a surgical strike on Poverty.
He also accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi of working for 15-20 Big Businessmen. He said, ‘Instead of working for poor, Farmers and waiving their loans, Our PM works for some Businessmen. ‘He (Modi) only spreads hatred and anger wherever he goes’, Congress President said.
Training guns towards Telangana ruling party TRS, Gandhi said TRS Chief and Telangana Chief Minister never criticize PM Modi nor even for Demonetization. He said PM Narendra Modi gets backing from TRS.

Asserting the need to boycott TRS and BJP, He (Rahul) said voting TRS in the upcoming Lok Sabha Polls will indirectly vote to BJP. He said, it’s not the TRS that is fighting against BJP but its only Congress who is fighting BJP.
Attacking PM Modi decision of Demonetization, all the financial experts dub the move as madness. He said Demonetization has affected badly and has led to a huge loss to small traders and SMEs.
Congress President Rahul Gandhi later in the day slated to address a couple of rallies in Telangana including one in Wanaparthy.
Recent Surveys Conducted by Various news Channels predicted TRS sweeping the Lok Sabha Polls winning 16 Lok Sabha Seats while AIMIM winning one seat, the survey predicted.
General Elections are slated for April-May this year that would spread on Seven Phases starting from April 11 to May 19. Election Commission had on Sunday declared schedule for General Elections 2019.
The Counting of votes for the mega battle of ballots will take place on May 23, four days after last round of polling.
