Bangladesh won the toss and elected to bat first.

Mohammad Naim and Mehidy Hasan Shanto opened the innings for Bangladesh.
They both were settling down and making some runs as Mujeeb Ur Rahman bowled Naim.
In the next over, Gulbadin Naib took the wicket of Towhid.
Mehidy and Najmul handled the situation as Mehidy completed his half-century.
