Due to a leg complaint, the Brazilia Star and the main man of PSG Neymar have been ruled out from the meetings against Uruguay and Venezuela.

The forward of the Paris Saint-German is expected to be on the bench against the Uruguay and Venezuela team in the World cup qualifiers. This news has been confirmed by the Brazilian National Football team as they confirmed the release of Neymar from the official squad.

The situation was quite predicted by Selecao as the leg complaint was the only issue that would rise to stop Neymar from competing in the doubleheader.

However, he was still called to Montevideo hoping that he could return to full fitness before facing Uruguay.

Neymar has not recovered enough in order to be included in the plans of the Brazilian national team.

The national team doctor of brazil Rodrigo Lasmar gave an important update on Neymar and said that they brought him to Brazil in hope that he could play.

However, Neymar was released because he was not able to recover completely before the match against Uruguay.

This news will be quite pleasing for the PSG Boss Thomas Tuchel as he said that it is the right of the national team to call upon the players but if the players are injured they are supposed to recover and not play in any situation. On the other hand, he believed that if the players are called there’s nothing specific that they can do.

The injury list of Brazil includes the likes of Neymar, Fabinho, Coutinho and Rodrigo Caio. Due to Covid-19 Eder Militao and Gabriel Menino are unavailable.

In order to help in attacking cover, the striker from Flamengo Pedro is a part of Tite’s plan. In the absence of Neymar, Richarlison and Roberto Firmino will be leading the line.

Tite wanted to keep some things private and did not want to share the team strategy for now.

They face Venezuela on Friday in San Paulo before then travelling to Uruguay on Tuesday.
