Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) make them win the qualifier and reach the finals.

SRH already made it to the top two and was playing the first qualifier against the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR).

KKR performed outstandingly as they won the match and made their place in the finals.

Then the eliminator was played between the Rajasthan Royals and the Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) tremendous performance made them win the match.

By winning the eliminator, they made it to the qualifier two against SRH.

Match Details 

The second qualifier was played between SRH and RR in Chennai.

The Rajasthan Royals won the toss and elected to bowl first.

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) Innings 

Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma opened the innings for them.

Abhishek started to hit great shots in the first over as Boult took his wicket on the last ball.

Rahul came in to bat and he also started to play big shorts and make the best of the power play.

Trent Boult didn’t let them settle for long, as he took his wicket and Aiden Markram’s wicket in the same over.

Heinrich Klaasen came in to bat as he and Travis built a small partnership.

Their partnership didn’t last long, as Sandeep Sharma took both of their wickets in the 14th over.

With the short knocks, SRH managed to build a total of 175/9.

Rajasthan Royals (RR) Innings 

Yashasvi Jaiswal and Tom Kohler-Cadmore opened the innings for them. 

They both tried to give them a great start, as we’re playing good shorts as well.

Pat Cummins broke their partnership as he took the wicket of Tom.

Going on, Shahbaz Ahmed came in to bowl as he took Yashasvi’s wicket.

And later, he took two wickets for Riyan Parag and Ashwin in the same over.

The breakthroughs pushed back the Royals as the game was going away from them.

Dhruv Jurel tried to handle the situation as he was scoring runs.

No one was supporting him from the other end, as he also completed his half-century.

No other batsmen were able to perform in front of the SRH bowling attack.

They won the match by 36 runs and made it to the finals of the Tata IPL 2024.
