IndiQus Technologies, Delhi based technology startup has acquired Dartboard Analytics and announced the launch of its latest product, Apiculus CSP. The deal is said to be an all stock deal and the financials remain undisclosed.

As per the official statement, team of Dartboard Analytics will join IndiQus Technologies. The acquisition will help IndiQus in offering analytics based solutions for cloud technologies.

Dartboard Analytics was launched in 2016 by Kshitish Purohit. It provides a software to track performance and analytics for sales, support and customer acquisition & operations. With the analytical solutions, it claims to increase efficiency, productivity and revenue of the client companies. To further increase productivity, it reads the data and generates creative reports based on team and organisation.

Talking on the acquisition, Kshitish Purohit, CEO – Dartboard analytics stated that the aim of their company has always been t address the typical thinking about data and to provide solutions which can address the issue of decreasing productivity. The merged setup will help the startup to widen the offerings and will give an access to a larger user base.

IndiQus technologies, on the other hand is a technology service and consultancy company. It was started in 2013 by Sunando Bhattacharya. Speaking on the development, Sunando said that the company is bootstrapped and revenue funded. The team has always looked forward to Onboarding creative minds to increase the portfolio of services they offer. He mentioned that IndiQus had initially worked with DartBoard in partnership, however, there were some great possibilities of synergies and that made IndiQus to extend an acquisition offer. Sunando also added that along with offering more services to the clients, IndiQus will now be able to address some of the loopholes in the talent domain.

Along with the acquisition, IndiQus also announced the launch of its cloud business software, Apiculus CSP. It is designed in order to help cloud service providers to sell their services from a centralised platform. This has integrated analytics and reporting, to help the companies get the most out of their services and clients.
