It looks like the final version of Android Oreo still has some quirks in it. According to the early adopters of Android Oreo, the device comes with a bug related to Bluetooth connectivity and playback.

According to users who reported the issue on the Google’s pixel user community and Google’s Nexus user community, after upgrading their smartphone to Oreo, they are no more able to use Bluetooth properly. The most prominent issues faced by users are here:

  • Bluetooth automatically disconnects from the device (Android Auto)
  • Bluetooth playback interrupted after 10-15 seconds
  • Bluetooth automatically disconnects and won’t reconnect until the device is rebooted

Few users even have reported this issue from the first built of Android Oreo itself. It’s sad to see that, Google has not yet resolved the issue.

*Android auto is a special firmware from Google made for automobiles.

Currently, there is no remedy for the issue, one has to wait until the fix is issued by Google or use 3.5 mm headphone jack. Are you experiencing this issue? Let us know in the comment below.
