Panasonic unveils one more mid-tier smartphone in India. The Panasonic Eluga A3 pro is rightly priced at INR 12,490 and offers features of its price worth.

At this price tag, all-metal unibody is a must, without making any mistake Panasonic has given all metal unibody to their latest smartphone with the front-facing fingerprint reader as an added bonus.

The Panasonic Eluga A3 Pro is equipped with 5.2 inch 720p(slight bummer) IPS LCD Screen, topped off with 2.5D curved glass from Asahi Dragon Trial. Considering the fact that this device being priced at INR 12,490, Panasonic could have thrown in a 1080p panel instead of 720p.

The device is powered MTK6753 Octa-core SoC, paired with 3 GB LPDDR4 RAM and 32 GB system storage, this device can accept micro SD cards up to 128 GB via Hybrid SIM slot. The device does support 4G LTE and VoLte, with WiFi, Hotspot and Bluetooth 4.0.

The 13 MP main camera with PDAF can capture some great photos under good lighting condition, the front-facing 8 MP selfie camera does support beauty mode and age recognition via third-party apps.

The device boasts massive 4000 mAh battery with fast charging capabilities via micro USB slot with USB OTG support as well. On the software side, the device runs on a customised version of Android Nougat and not expected to receive any android updates in the near future.

This device packs great set of features at an affordable tagline, except its slightly outdated display. the device is a part of Make in Indian initiatives (assembled in India). Here is the link if you are interested in this device. Panasonic Eluga A3 pro
