Huawei is all set to launch their latest mid-tier Android smartphone, the Honor 7X on October 11. However, the device has been leaked online and most of the tech specifications of the device are no more a mystery.
The device is derived from the Honor 9i, which was launched in India earlier this week. So, here are the complete set of specifications for the Huawei Honor 7X.
The Huawei Honor 7X is powered by the in-house Kirin 659 Octa-core SoC, paired with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated micro SD card slot (up to 128 GB). The device is likely to offer dual SIM card slot with 4G LTE and VoLte capabilities on both the slots. In terms of display, the device will offer a 5.9-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with 18:9 aspect ratio screen, which has become a universal standard for the latest smartphones in 2017.
In terms of camera capability, the device is likely to offer dual rear-camera setup consisting of 16 MP + 2 MP shooter with features like 1080p video recording capability, and portrait mode with the varied depth of field. On the front, the device is likely to include an 8 MP shooter and a 2 MP secondary shooter for the selfie bokeh effect, and this will be the first phone to offer these feature as well.
Coming to the operating system, the device will offer Android Nougat 7.0 with custom EMUI 5.1 on the top of it. Standard features like a fingerprint scanner, Gyroscopic sensor and infra-red sensor will also make its way towards the Honor 7X.
Finally, in terms of battery, the device will be equipped with a 3240 mAh Li-ion battery with fast charging capability via micro USB slot (no USB type C), which might feel bit outdated considering the following specifications. Finally, the device is set to unveil on 11th October, which should shed the light on the remain features, price tag and availability of the device.
