Oppo, the brand that won the people’s heart by marketing strategy launches a new limited edition Red coloured Oppo F3. This is the third iteration of the Oppo F3, after Deepika edition and Black edition.  Usually, the limited edition models will be priced more than the standard edition, however, this time, the Oppo Red colour Deepavali Edition is priced INR 1,000 less than the standard edition, which might be a deal breaker if you were looking for a new smartphone from Oppo.

The Oppo F3 features a standard 1080p In-Cell TFT screen with a 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 5 tempered glass protection. Under the hood, the device is powered by a MediaTek MT6750T6 Octa-core SoC, paired with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB onboard flash storage with a dedicated Micro SD card slot (up to 128 GB). The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner located on the bottom front of the device.

Onto the camera, the F3 packs a dual front-facing selfie cameras. First one is a 16 MP sensor with 1.3 micro pixels size and other being an 8 MP wide angle lens. On the exact opposite side, the device features a 13 MP primary shooter with PDAF and 1080p video recording capability.

On the connectivity part, the device features a dual-nano SIM card slots with 4G LTE and VoLte capability on both the slots. Standard features like WiFi, Bluetooth 4.1, and WiFi hotspot are also present on the Oppo F3. Finally, coming to the software department, the device offers a custom UI Color OS 3.0 on top of Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 and there is no clue regarding the future software updates.

Finally, the Deepavali limited edition will be available from 29th September across India via Oppo brand stores and major e-commerce websites like Amazon and Flipkart. As this is a limited edition, the stocks might vanish sooner than the expected time frame.
