Samsung is all set to officially launch the Galaxy A52 5G globally, however, an unboxing video of the same has surfaced on YouTube, ahead of the launch, revealing the key specifications and design of the retail box. On the other hand, Samsung M42 has been spotted on the Wi-Fi Certification website and interestingly features 5G connectivity.
Samsung will launch the next device in the Galaxy A series, Galaxy A52 5G, globally on March 17. However, a YouTube channel, Moboaesthetics, has uploaded the unboxing video of the same on YouTube. According to the video, the Galaxy A52 5G is available in retail shops, ahead of launch, and is already on sale.

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G Specifications
As per the unboxing video, the smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC with up to 8GB RAM and 256GB internal storage. The phone runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box with Samsung’s custom One UI 3.1 on top.
The Galaxy A52 sports a 6.5-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with 1080×2400 pixels resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, and 20:9 aspect ratio. Samsung calls it an Infinity-O display. The front display panel also features the in-display fingerprint scanner and a hole-punch at the top center for the front camera.
At the rear, a quad-camera setup is offered with a 64MP primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 5MP with f/2.4 aperture macro camera, and a 2MP depth shooter(f/2.2). At the front, a 32MP selfie shooter is placed inside the hole-punch.
The smartphone carries a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast-charging technology. The device features a 3.5mm headphone jack, an USB Type-C port for charging, dual-band Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth v5.0.
There is no confirmed information regarding the pricing, however, it is expected to be priced around €449(Rs 39,000) globally.
Samsung Galaxy M42 Spotted
On the other hand, Samsung’s Galaxy M42 has been spotted on the Wi-Fi Certification website, with model number SM-M426B/DS.
The listing does not reveal many specifications of the smartphone, however, the model number of the device ends with B/DS. This code has earlier been spotted on Samsung’s 5G devices. This confirms that Galaxy M42 will be a 5G device, making this the first 5G-enabled device in the M-series line-up. The listing also reveals that Galaxy M42 will feature dual-band Wi-Fi.
