TVS has recently launched the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V with single-channel ABS in India at Rs.1.28 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi). The all-new variant is affordable by Rs.5,000 when compared to the dual-channel ABS. 2021 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Single Channel ABS

In terms of features, the 2021 Apache RTR 200 4V comes with an LED headlamp unit, dual barrel exhaust, all-digital instrument cluster and LED taillamps among others. Further, the bike also gets smartphone connectivity via the SmartXonnect App. Also, multiple color schemes including Gloss Black, Matte Blue and Pearl White continue to be offered as standard.

Further, the two riding modes that are now available on the 2021 Apache RTR 200 4V highly alter the performance of the bike. For instance, while using the Sport mode, the engine is able to produce its maximum 20.8PS of power and 17.25Nm of torque. Whereas, when the mode is switched to either Urban or Rain the engine produces lesser power and the power figure stands at 17.3PS of power and 16.51Nm of torque. However, at the heart, it is the same 197.75cc four-stroke four-valve oil-cooled engine that comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.

Performance-wise, the updated bike can reach a top speed of 127kmph in the Sport mode. Further, the top speed of the 2021 TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is limited to 105kmph while using the Urban or Rain mode.

Based on the double-cradle split synchro stiff frame platform, the all-new Apache RTR 200 4V uses adjustable telescopic forks at the front. Meanwhile, at the rear, it is still available with a conventional monoshock setup. Likewise, for braking, it gets a 270mm petal disc upfront and a 240mm petal disc at the back. For an enhanced braking experience the updated bike comes equipped with a single-channel ABS.

Interestingly, the all-new TVS Apache RTR 200 4V Single Channel ABS variant will be sold alongside the dual-channel ABS variant. The latter variant is available with similar features at Rs.1.33 Lakhs (ex-showroom, Delhi).
