The Aprilia SXR 160 comes with the BS6 160cc, single-cylinder, 3 valves fuel-injected motor. However, it is similar to the SR 160 but will come with a different tuning. The suspension unit at the front is a telescopic fork while the rear gets a single-sided spring. The Aprilia SXR 160, similarly, will come with a front disc at the front and the drum unit at the rear along with the ABS.

The mobile connectivity will offer navigation and call features. The company is all set to bridge the gap between the Vespa and Aprilia SR range and thus, will price the Aprilia SXR 160 between ₹90,000 to ₹95,000.

In India, Aprilia SXR 160 will rival the Suzuki Burgman Street which is a 125cc maxi-scooter. However, Suzuki is also working on the 150cc Suzuki Burgman which will arrive in the market soon.
