Exterior

The silhouette of the new Vanatage might remind you of the outgoing model. However, Aston Martin has introduced several changes across the car to keep the overall design fresh. For starters, the front end of the new Vantage features a more aggressive design, thanks to a massive new grille, massive air intakes for additional cooling and new Matrix LED headlamps with DRLs incorporated in it.

The side profile gets massive 21-inch wheels for a purposeful stance. Whereas, the rear end features larger diameter exhaust pipes to further add to the drama. In addition to this, Vantage Facelift will also get a pallet of more than 20 shades and customers can also choose additional customisation options, exclusively offered by Aston Martin.

Interior & Features

Although Vantage is more inclined towards driver experience, the carmaker has tried to make it as comfortable and opulent as any other luxury car. To begin with, the dashboard has been revised completely to make it more usable. The cockpit thankfully, now features an integrated infotainment, below which there are physical buttons for the centre console.

The carmaker confirms that the Vantage will feature an 11-speaker 390W surround sound system as standard. However, Aston Martin has also partnered with Bowers & Wilkins to enhance the overall sound experience. Sadly, this 1170W system is an optional accessory.

Other than this several modern features such as smartphone connectivity via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, connected car tech via an e-SIM, gesture control for the touchscreen and Lane Keep Assist/Park Distance Control are also a part of the package.

Engine, Transmission & Performance

The interesting fact about the new Vantage is that it is the most powerful Vantage ever manufactured. To dive deep into this, the carmaker has confirmed that the sports car now features a reworked 4.0-litre twin-turbocharged V8 engine that produces 665 horsepower and 800Nm of peak torque. As we can see, the power when compared to the outgoing model is up by 155 horsepower and 115Nm, taking the output up by 30% and 15% respectively.

Aston Martin has also come up with an 8-speed automatic transmission, that pushed the 2024 Vantage to clock a triple-digit speed in just 3.5 seconds. The top speed on the other hand stands at a colossal 325kmph.

Other Details

The pre-facelift model of Vantage is available in India with a price tag starting at Rs.2.95 Crore (ex-showroom, India). While Aston Martin has not made any official announcement of the updated Vantage coming to India, the customers waiting for it need to wait a little more for it to arrive here.
