Audi Q8 Limited Edition: Here Is Everything You Need To Know

On the outside, the limited edition Q8 has received several elements from the S-Line trim. This means the SUV now features a Black styling package that includes black roof rails, grille and massive 21-inch five-spoke alloy wheels. Audi confirms that these units will be available in limited numbers considering the upcoming festive season. Available in three shades – Daytona Grey, Mythos Black and Glacier White, Audi Q8 Limited Edition does feel more premium than ever.

The cabin of the SUV offers some best-in-segment features and thankfully, now features an all-black theme. When talking about the features, the list includes a four-zone climate control, a Bang & Olufsen surround sound system, a fully digital driver’s cockpit, wireless charging and a touchscreen infotainment system. An addition was made to the Q8 in the form of a touchscreen panel for the AC control. The same change has been continued on the new limited-run version of the SUV as well.

Powering the limited edition Q8 is a reliable 3.0-litre turbocharged petrol V6 engine with Audi’s TFSI technology and an 8-speed automatic transmission. With this setup, Audi claims that the Q8 can churn out a massive 340 horsepower and 500Nm of peak torque, pushing the SUV to clock a triple-digit speed in just 5.9 seconds. The top speed rated by the automaker stands at 250kmph. Also, if the driver wants to tweak the overall performance a bit, Q8 still gets seven drive modes as standard.

To ensure the overall safety of the occupants and make their lives easier, it comes loaded with eight airbags, Audi Park Assist, Electronic Stabilisation and the brand’s Pre-Sense Basic to name a few.

In India, Audi Q8 compares with other luxury SUVs including the Porsche Cayenne, Mercedes-Benz GLE, BMW X7 and Range Rover Sport.
