Design & Features
The front profile of the all-new cruiser bike looks aggressive with a full LED headlight, muscular fuel tank, wide handlebar and large wing mirrors. Talking about the side and rear profile, Dominar 250 sports a dual-barrel exhaust, LED taillamp and split seats. Apart from all this, the updated bike will continue to feature a fully digital instrument cluster with all the vital information required by the rider.
A new palette has been introduced with 5 colour shades where three dual-tone colours are absolutely new. The list begins with Racing Red with Matt Silver, Sparkling Black with Matt Silver and Citrus Rush with Matt Silver. Two monotone shades including Canyon Red and Charcoal Black will continue to serve their individual purpose.
Engine
Powering the new range of Dominar 250 is a 248cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that churns out a decent 27PS of power and 23.5Nm of peak torque. With a decent thrust on offer, this setup comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox and for smoother shifts, the manufacturer has decided to offer slip and assist clutch just like what they offer on Dominar 400.
Suspension Setup and Brakes
Unlike Dominar 400, the suspension duties for Dominar 250 is managed by a 37mm inverted fork (front) and gas-charged mono-shock unit at the rear. For enough stopping power, it comes with disc brakes on either end alongside dua-channel ABS as standard.
