Just like any other Ferrari, this one features a transparent protection hood for the engine to demonstrate its powerful heart. Not the most user-friendly cabin but being a supercar in the first place, it doesn’t require one. The minimalistic approach can be clearly seen with a fully digital instrument cluster, newly designed steering wheel, heads-up display and side satellites with capacitive touch area on the co-passenger side.

Engine & Performance

Now, this is what we actually call a revolution. For the first time, Ferrari is all set to use a V6 engine on a road car and just to be precise, it is a mid-mounted 2992cc turbocharged V6 unit that propels a massive 818HP and 740Nm of peak torque with hybrid technology onboard. A 164HP electric motor that draws power from the 7.45 kW battery is there to assist the ICE engine at all times.

Want to alter the performance of this sports car as per the requirement? Well, there are four drive modes including – Hybrid, eDrive, Performance and Qualify to allow it to adjust according to the driving style. Interestingly, it can even run on the battery pack for around 25kms with a speed of up to 135kmph.

Transmission duties for the all-new 296 GTB come mated to an 8-speed DCT gearbox, enabling it to clock a three-digit speed in just 2.9 seconds. A similar 0-200kmph sprint can be covered in 7.3 seconds with top speed standing at 330kmph.

Assetto Fiorano Package

Customers who wish to opt for the Assetto Fiorano Package will be able to unlock the car’s extreme capabilities. As per the brand, it will get Multimatic shock absorbers and exclusive carbon fibre elements inside out.
