Honda has recently revealed the all-new 2021 Honda CBR600 RR. Meanwhile, it takes the inspiration from its elder twin that is the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade for styling. Some changes regarding aerodynamic have been done to make it more refined. However, Honda CBR600 RR now comes with a 194 kerb weight with a ground clearance of 125mm.

The engine that powers the 2021 Honda CBR600 RR is a 599cc, inline 4 cylinders, 16 valve DOHC unit. Meanwhile, it produces 121bhp of power @ 14,000 rpm with a peak torque of 64Nm @ 11,5000 rpm. The transmission unit is a 6-speed gearbox. This superbike can easily complete a 0-100 kmph in just 3 seconds while the top speed remains to be 250 kmph. Honda CBR600 RR now comes with ride-by-wire that enhances the throttle response with the slipper clutch. However, customers can also opt for the quickshifter for slick shifts.

The features on offer with the Honda CBR600 RR is the massive 18 litre fuel tank, LED headlight and taillight, and the all-new TFT display. The TFT display can be used to toggle through the different power modes. Meanwhile, for safety Honda is offering the Honda Combined Dual-Channel ABS and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC).

The front suspension on offer is the 41mm adjustable inverted Showa big piston fork while the rear gets a monoshock unit. Honda will also offer the Grand Prix Red edition with the CBR600 RR.

Meanwhile, the Honda CBR600 RR will rival the Kawasaki ZX-6R, Yamaha YZF-R6 and Suzuki GSX-R600 globally.

Honda has put a price tag of ¥16,06,000 (Rs.11.25 lakh) on the 2021 Honda CBR600 RR in Japan. However, the launch in India is still a suspicion as the company has not announced anything regarding the launch in India.
