Hyundai Venue N Line
On the outside, it feels more or less similar to the standard model. However, to make this sportier iteration a little bit exclusive, the Korean brand has revised its styling. For instance, the skid plates are new, also several red elements acting as a differentiator have also been added. Other changes in the form of new alloy wheels, bumpers and N-Line badges are also there to enhance the overall profile to a great extent.
The cabin of the Venue N Line remains plush but for a sporty appeal, Hyundai has introduced a three-spoke steering wheel, leather seats, N Line gear knob and N logos throughout to improve the overall feel.
One new element that has been added to the Venue for the first time is the dashcam. Right now, this setup is available with twin cameras along with multiple recording modes including – Driving, Parking, Vacation and Event. The sporty SUV also features a slightly brighter ambient lighting system to improve the cabin feel during nighttime.
Hyundai has also confirmed that the suspension setup of the Venue N-Line has been re-tuned. Matching to which, the steering responses have been reworked to enhance the high-speed cornering stability.
Under the hood, the sportier version of the Venue is going to be sold with a potent 1.0-litre three-cylinder, turbocharged petrol engine with overall output rated at 120PS of power and 172Nm. Coming up to the gearbox options, the new N Line comes mated to a sole 7-speed dual-clutch transmission which means there is no manual or intelligent manual gearbox available for sale.
Also, to make the car more efficient when needed, Hyundai has introduced three drive modes, namely – Normal, Eco and Sport. One more thing that makes the Venue N Line desirable is the exhaust note. When compared to the regular model, this new unit is louder with twin tips for that sportier feel.
