Kia Motors entered the Indian market with the launch of the Kia Seltos back in 2019. Since then the Korean carmaker has been delivering an impressive sales figure every month. Kia Motors achieved a milestone by selling around 1 lakh units in just 11 months. However, this time the sales figure has reached 2 lakh unit mark in just 17 months. Well, that means Kia Motors India took only 6 months to deliver another 1 lakh units.

For now, the Korean carmaker is offering three models here in India. Right now, Kia has already sold around 1,49,428 units of Seltos since the day of its launch. Further, the recently launched Sonet, in terms of sales, stands at 45,195 units. Another interesting fact about the carmaker is that it has already delivered 5409 units of Carnival till date.
Remember, Kia Motors was one of the first carmakers to introduce the connected car technology trends in India. It seems the decision to offer a connected car here has paid off. As claimed by the company, around 53% of total sales are from UVs that get the connected car tech. Whereas, 60% of them are the top-end variants. In terms of rankings, Kia has always been on the top 5 list every month.
