At an event in Delhi on Thursday, sports car manufacturer, Lamborghini has launched the special edition version of its popular Huracan Avio in the Indian market. This car is specially launched in order to pay tribute to the aviation industry to which Lamborghini owes its design and technology. At the launch, the car comes with a sticker price of INR 3.71 Crores (Ex-Showroom, New Delhi).

Lamborghini Huracan Avio, which was first showcased at Beijing Motor Show earlier this year, will only get around 250 units globally. This is to make sure that the car remains exclusive to the owners who buy it. It will be available in 5 color options including matte shades of Grigio Nibbio, Grigio Vulcano, Blu Grifo, Verde Turbine as well as pearlescent finish Grigio Falco.

To justify the tag of a special edition sports car, the company has given offset racing strips, contrast colored lower half and ‘L63’ decals on the door. L63 indicates the initial of the brand and the birth year of the company. L63 emblem is laser engraved on the seats as well. The interiors are also different than the basic Huracan variant.
